This addendum applies to users who are located in the United Kingdom and is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Data Protection Act 2018 / UK GDPR.

This addendum supplements the main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, providing additional information about consumer rights in accordance with UK legislation.

In case of conflicts between this addendum and the main Terms of Service, this addendum takes precedence for users from the UK.

For Initial Purchases: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been used or used minimally. The refund is calculated proportionally based on time used.

For Subscription Renewals: Refunds are calculated proportionally based on the remaining subscription period from the refund request date.

Exceptions: Refunds may be denied in case of violation of Terms of Service, service abuse, or other policy violations.

Refund Processing: Refund requests are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your request. After processing, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
