EU/EEA Addendum

Additional terms and consumer rights for users in the European Union and European Economic Area.

Last updated: June 11, 2026

EU/EEA Addendum Overview

This addendum applies to users who are located in the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) and is governed by the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the GDPR Regulation (2016/679).

This addendum supplements the main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, providing additional information about consumer rights in accordance with EU/EEA legislation.

In case of conflicts between this addendum and the main Terms of Service, this addendum takes precedence for users from the EU/EEA.

Access and Non-Discrimination

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/302, we do not block access to our online interface or deny service to EU/EEA users solely because of nationality, place of residence, or place of establishment.

Language, currency, tax, payment-provider availability, and compliance checks may be adjusted based on objective factors such as the user's selected currency, billing details, applicable tax rules, security, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

If a payment method is unavailable for a specific currency or provider, users may use another supported payment method where available. Such provider limitations are not intended to restrict access based on nationality or residence.

Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

Our VPN service provides digital content/service that commences immediately upon payment of the subscription.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of contract conclusion applies to contracts for the supply of digital content, but with an important exception:

If you have given explicit consent for the supply of digital content to begin before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you will lose the right of withdrawal, we may commence the service immediately upon payment.

By purchasing a subscription, you give explicit consent for immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that you understand that the right of withdrawal is lost immediately upon commencement of the service.

If you have not used the service after payment, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, and the refund will be calculated proportionally based on time used.

Service Commencement

The service commences immediately upon successful payment of the subscription. You receive access to the VPN server and may begin using the service immediately after completion of the payment process.

If you have not used the service after payment, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. The refund will be calculated proportionally based on time used according to our Refund Policy.

For subscription renewals, the same rules apply: the service continues automatically at the start of a new period, and refunds are calculated proportionally based on the remaining period from the refund request date.

Refund Policy Modifications for Digital Content

For digital content that commences immediately upon payment, the right of withdrawal applies but may be limited in accordance with your explicit consent to commence the service.

If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not used the service (or used it minimally), we may provide a full refund minus time used, calculated proportionally.

If you have used the service for more than 14 days, the refund is calculated proportionally based on the remaining subscription period according to the standard Refund Policy.

Exceptions: Refunds may be denied in case of violation of Terms of Service, service abuse, or other policy violations.

Additional Consumer Rights

Right to Information: You have the right to receive clear information about the service, prices, subscription terms, and your rights before making a purchase. All information is provided on the website before completing the purchase.

Right to Cancel: For digital content that commences immediately, you may cancel the purchase within 14 days if you have not given consent for immediate commencement. If you have given consent, the right of withdrawal is lost immediately upon commencement of the service.

Right to Redress: If the service does not match the description or has significant defects, you have the right to redress or compensation in accordance with EU/EEA legislation.

Right to Complain: If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the relevant consumer protection authority in your country or lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
