Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall be resolved in the court at the operator's place of registration in accordance with Russian Federation legislation. By mutual agreement, disputes may be submitted to arbitration.

Language Priority: In case of discrepancies between the Russian and English versions of these Terms, the Russian version shall prevail.

By accessing and using GhostMesh VPN services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

GhostMesh VPN provides secure, encrypted internet connectivity services for lawful personal and corporate use.

Our service allows users to establish secure connections to trusted services worldwide while maintaining privacy and security.

The service is not intended for accessing resources whose availability is restricted by law or for circumventing legal restrictions.

Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Users must not use the service for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement, fraud, or harassment.

Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or other users' accounts.

Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access:

• Spamming, phishing, or other forms of unsolicited messaging

• Fraud, deception, or other forms of financial fraud

• Launching or participating in DDoS attacks, port scanning, or other forms of cyber attacks

• Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, botnets, or other malicious code

• Copyright infringement, including illegal distribution of copyrighted content

• Reselling or transferring account access to third parties without explicit written consent

• Circumventing technical restrictions of third-party services if such circumvention is prohibited by their terms of service

• Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws

Access Restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate service access in case of violation of these Terms of Service or detected abuse.

Appeal Procedure: If your account has been restricted or blocked, you may file an appeal through our support team. Access restriction decisions are made based on objective criteria and may be challenged within 30 days of notification.

GhostMesh is provided for privacy, secure connectivity, and network protection. You must not use the service to violate applicable law, access resources that are unlawful or legally restricted in your jurisdiction, distribute prohibited materials, attack networks, send spam, scrape at scale, resell access, or otherwise abuse the service.

Fair-use limit: if one account uses more than 3 TB of total upload plus download traffic in any current calendar month, access may be automatically blocked or restricted.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you disable auto-renewal. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings at any time before the current period ends.

Billing: Payments are charged at the beginning of each billing period (month or year, depending on your selected plan).

Period Definition: A monthly period is 30 calendar days from the subscription activation or renewal date; an annual period is 365 calendar days from the activation or renewal date.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the payment. You will be notified by email of failed payment attempts. If payment cannot be processed within 7 days after the period ends, the subscription may be suspended.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Users will be notified of price changes by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Current subscriptions will continue at the current price until the end of the paid period.

Taxes and VAT: Subscription prices may vary depending on the user's country and applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.). The price displayed at purchase includes all applicable taxes. For detailed tax information in your country, please see the Pricing section on our website.

We maintain a strict no-logs policy and do not monitor traffic content or visited resources. Minimal aggregated technical data is used exclusively to ensure service stability and prevent abuse.

We collect minimal personal information necessary for service provision and account management.

All data transmission is encrypted using modern cryptographic protocols depending on the selected connection protocol (Hysteria2, TUIC, VLESS).

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may perform scheduled maintenance that could temporarily affect service availability.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Service performance may vary based on network conditions and server load.

GhostMesh VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding 12 months.

We are not responsible for any third-party services or content accessed through our service.

Users assume full responsibility for their use of the service and any consequences thereof.
